Procedure followed in decision-making:

The winbuzz office follows the procedure established in Manual of Office Procedure (MOP) for decision-making. The Asstt.Accounts Officer (AAO) normally submits the file to Sr.Accounts Officer/Accounts Officer who in turn submits the file to Awinbuzz/Dy.winbuzz and so on to senior officers as per delegated areas/departmental instructions for approval of action proposed.
